OreSpawn and everything in it is copyrighted to TheyCallMeDanger (Richard H. Clark) and Megan Lorraine Clark, 2012-2020. In plain English: You have permission to use OreSpawn for your own personal use, and to build modpacks which use OreSpawn to share with others. The caveat is that if you create a modpack which uses OreSpawn, you cannot actually distribute it with OreSpawn. OreSpawn must be downloaded from the OreSpawn website and can then be included into your modpack by the user. No permission is given to redistribute OreSpawn by itself, in whole or in part. Many of the creatures and textures were granted to OreSpawn and OreSpawn only, so we cannot give permission to anyone else to use them in any way. Except for CrazyCraft from AtlanticCraft, because we adore them, and they have permission to include and distribute CrazyCraft containing OreSpawn from their website. NO PERMISSION IS GIVEN ON THE ANDROID OR IPHONE PLATFORMS. TheyCallMeDanger and Megan Lorraine Clark retain EXCLUSIVE rights to the usage of anything OreSpawn on the Android and Iphone platforms. Liability and Responsibility: The authors assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for what this software may or may not do to your game, your computer, or anything else for that matter. No guarantees of any kind are made, explicit or implied. We suggest you make backups before installing and running any new software. Submitted Ideas: If you submit an idea, you give up all rights to that idea. If we happen to use it, you will NOT receive any compensation or any recognition unless we voluntarily choose to do it. *Submitted Models/Dungeons/Coding/ETC: If you submit or give TheyCallMeDanger any models, dungeons, coding, or etc. for Minecraft, you give up rights to the project you submitted. Submitted Photos/Screenshots: If you submit a screenshot, your name (if submitted) and title (if submitted) will be posted with the photo, if chosen, on the gallery page.
